Note:  100% OF THE MONEY SPENT ON TICKETS IS GIVEN BACK TO MSRT PLUS THE BONUS POOL.  The Boise Open bonus pool gives MSRT between $2,000.00 and $3,000.00 each year.  The more money we spend on tickets the more money we receive through the bonus pool.  MSRT is competing with other non-profits for the "pool" money.  At the end of the ticket sales (early September) a $50,000.00 pool of money is split amongst all the non profits who participated in the Boise Open ticket sales.

Example:  Here is an example on how to fill out the Boise Open web page correctly....Click on the link above.  Purchase tickets in any amount.  The money goes directly to MSRT through the Boise Open.  Team member "x" would like to pay for their child's fees for the 2011-2012 season.  They would click on the link above, type their athlete's name in the box "....opportunity through a representative of the organization chosen"..., purchase either four "weekly grounds tickets" or two "weekly clubhouse tickets" total equaling $100.00.  Click submit and follow the payment directions.  The Boise Open will then send a check directly to MSRT for the $100.00.  After you have paid please take a few more seconds and send in your payment confirmation or forward us your online payment receipt.

Coffee Sale Winner for 2011

 It is time once again for the MSRT Coffee Fundraiser beginning November 1st and ending November 28th.  This is an important fundraiser for our team and everyone's participation is very important.  We will be using the Equal Exchange Fundraising program again this year.  They provide delicious organic coffees, teas, hot chocolate, chocolates, snacks, and NEW THIS YEAR, gift items! This year it is easier than ever. Remember to sell to your family members, teachers, ski coaches and parents co-workers.  Money needs to be collected at the time of purchase or before you submit your orders to MSRT (check need to be payable to MSRT).  All orders need to be emailed to MSRT by November 28.  Products will be ready for pick up at the Alpine Racing Center on December 11th at which time you can give Kat or Chuck the money envelope from your orders.  Top three athletes with the greatest dollar amount sold will be awarded.

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Print off the following:

1. Equal Exchange Product Catalog for the Buyer to view and order from.

2. Athlete Order Form (if you fill it up please print a second one) Note: this order form runs across 2 pages. To simplify the order form please cut and tape it together to make one ordering page.

3. MSRT Question and Answer flyer to help you sell the Equal Exchange products at the door.

 

 

Come prepared to the door with all the needed information so the buyer sees that you are knowledgeable and prepared.  

Start collecting your orders November 1st through November 28.

Bring a calculator and check your math twice.

Collect the money from the buyer at the time of the order or before you submit your order to MSRT!! (checks need to be payable to MSRT)

Submit your orders to MSRT no later then November 28, either by e-mail (scan your athlete order form), phone, or mail.  Keep a copy for yourself as you need to hand out the products to your buyers.

Money will be collected from the athletes at the time of product pick up on or after December 11th at the Alpine Racing Center.

2010 Winners

 Well, the snow is flying and before we know it,  we’ll be back on the mountain watching our kids train, race, and most importantly, learning a lifelong outdoor sport. With the impending anticipation of the start of the season, it’s that time for our 4^th Annual MSRT Blue Moon Yurt fundraiser where we have the yurt exclusively to MSRT parents and friends.

 

Mark your calendars for Sunday, January 1, 2012, send me an email with your commitment, and mail a check made out to MSRT ($350 per couple – remember it’s a fundraiser in support of the team and our low fees). For those of you who are new to the program you might ask the Mazzoni’s, Anderson’s, or Poole’s about the fun evening we all have as a parent group.

 

The maximum the yurt will hold is 13 couples so be sure to reply soon. Thanks for everyone’s support and participation.
